About Us
Attorneys are trained to practice law, not to reconcile trust accounts or read financial statements. ICProfit exists to close that gap — we handle the financial side of your firm so you can focus on your clients.
Our Story
Running a law practice means running a business — but law school doesn't cover accounting, trust reconciliation, or financial management. Most firm owners learn it on the fly, usually at the cost of evenings, weekends, and avoidable risk.
ICProfit was founded to take that work off attorneys' plates entirely. Because we serve one industry, everything we do is purpose-built for it: a legal-specific chart of accounts, trust accounting workflows designed around state bar requirements, and reporting that speaks in matters, retainers, and realization — not generic small-business categories.
Beyond clean books, our goal is understanding: which practice areas make money, what to charge, when to hire, and how to grow. That is where accounting stops being overhead and starts being an advantage.

How We Work
Trust accounting is where attorneys carry the most risk. Three-way reconciliations happen every month, documented and aligned to your state bar's requirements — no exceptions.
Financial statements only matter if you understand them. We explain your numbers in plain English and point to the specific levers that move profit.
We coordinate with your CPA at tax time, your practice management software every month, and your questions the same business day. One team, fully in your corner.
Solo practitioner or multi-partner firm, anywhere in the country — it starts with a conversation.
